In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, from financial planning and analysis to risk management and investor relations. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, partnering with executives to drive strategic decision-making, ensure financial stability, and propel Clarity's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the entire finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and policies aligned with Clarity's long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of effective risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and secure optimal financing solutions.
- Manage investor relations, providing clear and concise financial information to analysts and shareholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, sales & marketing, operations) to ensure financial considerations are integrated into all business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and economic developments, identifying potential opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- CPA or equivalent professional designation (a plus).
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within a global manufacturing or retail environment.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic financial initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
