Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of eyewear products.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring stock availability while minimizing storage costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain data integrity and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Supervise and motivate warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse documentation and records.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, sales) to ensure smooth coordination and communication within the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment (a plus).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement efficient inventory control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address logistical challenges.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with a team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) (a plus).
